Yes men should wear of our regularly. Particularly if they have large breasts. I am a male with large breasts. I have been wearing a bra for over 10 years . I never thought I’d be wearing one. . I was complaining of shoulder and back pain and my wife suggested I wear a bra. She told me I had big man boobs and a bra would help support and relieve some of the Blessed mama premium shirt and I will buy this pain. Then one day my neck and shoulders were killing me and she says let’s go get you fitted for a bra. Off to Macy’s we went where I was fitted for a bra. After I was measured the lady and my wife selected my bras to try on. To my surprise I was wearing a 42dd underwire bra. I was surprised how well it fit. I tried on several other underwire bras to see how well they fit. By the time an hour went by we bought 7 underwire bras and two underwire sports bras. Over the years my collection of bras has grown. I put it on just like any other undergarment. But the support they offered stopped the pain in my neck shoulders and back. So yes I wear a bra. It’s only an undergarment that helps support.

Why would you want to? My opinion is definitely NO! Bras should be a regulated medically prescribed thing, given only to those women who have massive, unmanageable breasts, F cup minimum. Actually bra is for supporting breast to avoid discomfort due to heavyness of breast. So wearing bra is optional and totally individual issue. Blouse can also gives support to breast tissue so, for small breasts many girls don’t wear bra but for moderate and large breasts it’s necessary to wear bra to give proper shape to bulky breasts. Further blouse can give support but can’t give proper shape to breast, impression of nipples can be visible through blouse if no bra is there. So wearing bra under blouse is not compulsory but it’s comfortable, presentable and helps in good looking dressing. Yes, you will feel and look better with everything nicely held in place. A bra will also keep your nipples from showing through your tops. In a bra, your breasts will actually draw less attention than they do now when you are braless, as they will no longer be constantly jiggling and nipping out. I am a breast cancer researcher and co-author of Dressed to Kill: The Link Between Breast Cancer and Bras. Being bra-free is not only more comfortable, but it is much healthier. Bra-free women have about the Blessed mama premium shirt and I will buy this same risk of breast cancer as men, while the tighter and longer the bra is worn the higher the risk rises, to over 100 times higher for a 24/7 bra user compared to a bra-free woman. That said, comfort is a subjective thing, and if a woman is mentally conditioned into believing she needs a bra, then she will be uncomfortable without one. It’s a mental thing, which can change once a woman tries being bra-free and discovers how much better it feels.
