Also, if a woman is used to wearing a bra for years, then her breast suspensory ligaments have likely weakened, making the Essential premium shirt in contrast I will get this breasts droopy and dependent on the bra for support. These women sometimes say they feel more comfortable with a bra, because they have become physically addicted to it. However, after a few weeks of being bra-free, these women typically report that they feel better without a bra, and that their breast pain and cysts have disappeared. They also say that their breasts lift and tone without a bra artificially supporting their breasts. Research on female athletes has found that these women come to prefer running without a bra, and that bra-free breast movement strengthens the breast ligaments and connective tissue.

I suggest you join the Essential premium shirt in contrast I will get this International Bra-Free Study to see for yourself what it feels like to be bra-free. For more information go to BraFreeStudy dot org. Good grief, no. I can’t imagine many people would find wearing a bra in bed particularly comfortable (although every woman is unique, and I suppose for particularly busty women it may offer some support). For me, the thought of wearing a bra to bed sounds very uncomfortable and restrictive. I also find that after a day of wearing a bra I tend to get back or shoulder pain, I imagine not taking it off to sleep would only make that pain worse. I also wriggle and roll about a lot when I sleep (I’ve been told) and as I mentioned above, a bra would just restrict my movements and dig in too much to be comfortable. Furthermore, I’ve been advised by my mother not to wear underwear or close-fitting clothes to bed as it’s good to let your skin breathe, personally I see her reasoning and so tend to favour baggier, loose-fitting bedclothes anyway.
