If you want attention you got it, although most people don’t look at other peoples feet, trust me when I say this you will get attention, the noise of strutting around people in heels is human instinct to men and women, you will get the faggot look from guys and the I’m shocked he’s wearing heels from guys, reason for that is most guys will flirt with the idea of “ I wish I had the balls to wear heels in public” , You will have a women ask and compliment you on how well you walk , where’d you get them, and like me I wear 5 inch ankle strap heels and my legs are silky smooth and my feet are beautiful, god’s gift to me. So no law stating anywhere in the USA , just be comfortable in your self and you will get lots of attention

Guys can wear high heels in public. Its just not a norm for men to be wearing heels the way it is for women. So its a rare thing to see. Sadly its usually done as a dare or challenge, by guys who are some kind of lgbt+, or people trying to make some kind of sociopolitical statement. But i think any guy who wants to should be able to wear them just as women do, and it be a much more normap thing to see. Though most men will probably prefer more practical footwear most of the time.
